The Corporate Secretary has an important role in facilitating communication between the Company's organs, ensuring the effectiveness and transparency of the Company's communications, building relationships with external parties including government and non-government institutions, investors and other capital market players. The function of the Corporate Secretary refers to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies.

The Corporate Secretary is appointed by and reports directly to the President Director and reports on the implementation of his duties to the Board of Commissioners.

The Corporate Secretary is held by Deddy Indrasetiawan based on the Decree of the Company's Board of Directors Number 050/DIR-RBMS/IV/2022 regarding the Appointment of The Corporate Secretary.
