Located in Karawang area, this housing project is known as Alam Indah Housing Complex in 2015. Alam Indah Housing Complex project was developed on a 120,000 m2 land. Alam Indah Housing Complex was completed and sold out with 803 units occupied.

In 2017, AIS has obtain location permit to develop 30 Ha of land. The development, land maturation and construction of FLPP housing with an area of 60m2, along with the price determined by the Government has been started, and expected to be on sale in 2019.
