The company formed two committees under the Board of Commissioners, namely the Audit Committee, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. These two committees assist the Board of Commissioners in carrying out their supervisory and advisory functions to the Board of Directors, as well as ensuring that the company has succeeded in protecting the interests of shareholders and other stakeholders.

Audit Committee

The audit committee was formed by the Board of Commissioners with reference to Bapepam-LK Regulation Number IX.I.5 concerning the Formation and Guidelines for the Audit Committee's Work Implementation which was then revised with POJK Nomor 55/POJK.04/2015 Concerning the Establishment and Guidelines for the Audit Committee's Work Implementation.

The Audit Committee on duty as of May 18, 2017 was appointed based on the Letter of Appointment of the Audit Committee on May 17, 2017 and reported by the Company based on the Company's Letter to the Chief Executive of Capital Market Supervisory Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 071/DIR-RBMS/V/2017 dated 18 May 2017. The Chairman of the Audit Committee consists of 1 (one) Independent Commissioner and the Audit Committee members consist of 2 (two) external parties who meet the independence requirements as stipulated in POJK Nomor 55/POJK.04/2015. Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is formed by the Board of Commissioners with reference to POJK Nomor 34/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Issuers or Public Companies.

The Company has formed a Nomination and Remuneration Committee based on the Company's Appointment Letter dated 27 September 2018. The composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee is as follows:
