Company Overview
Starting since May 22, 1985, when the Ristia Group started its business through developing middle-class housing, a first commercial housing project was born in Bekasi (Perumahan Bintang Metropole), Tangerang (Perumahan Mahkota Simprug) and Karawang (Saung Riung). This achievement solidified the steps of Ristia Group to register itself as a public company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1997, under the RBMS code (PT Ristia Bintang Mahkotasejati Tbk). Since then, RBMS has continued to produce new works, both through self-management and through Subsidiaries and Associations.
Going forward, Ristia Group continues to improve operational performance through long-term plans that include the development of FLPP projects in Karawang and the mixed-use area with the concept of transit oriented development to hotel and resort businesses.
