Citra Manggala Housing Complex received location permit to develop a housing in an area of 83,500m2 in East Karawang. As of now, MCA has already own 60,990m2 of land and has started construction of 662 housing units. The land owned by MCA is in contact with the Company’s land, so that the Company know the potential and market of the area. The land owned by MCA has the same advantages as products developed in AIS.
