Saung Riung Housing
The third housing project located in Karawang Area known as Saung Riung Housing Complex in 2013. Saung Riung Housing project is developed on a 74,383 m2 land with a modern and minimalist home design, and is still in development by the Company by offering an innovative housing concepts and types. Saung Riung Housing Complex is located next to Summarecon Emerald City. The Company has completed 212 housing units which was already occupied and currently developed another 404 units. As of 2018, the Company has managed to sold 32 units.
